Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) which read as under:

" a) That the Applicant be permitted to amend Schedule No. 1 of the Original Petition in accordance with Exhibit "B" to the present Interim Application along with consequential amendments;

b) That the Office of Prothonotary and Senior Master be directed to accept the original Grant of Succession Certificate for amendment within 6 weeks from today;".

Reverification is dispensed with.
