By both these Interim Applications, the Applicants are seeking to intervene in the respective Suits.

Accordingly, the Interim Applications are allowed in terms of respective prayer Clauses (a).

Let the amendments be carried out in the respective Suits within a period of two weeks and the amended proceedings be served and an appropriate affidavit of service be filed in two weeks thereafter. 5.

The Interim Applications accordingly stand allowed and disposed as above. Re-verifications are dispensed with. Interim Application No. 754 of 2024 in the Commercial Admiralty Suit No. 32 of 2022 6.

This Interim Application seeks summary judgment. However, Mr. Saxena, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent-Defendant in the Suit submits that he has not received the copy of the same. 7.

Let copy of the Interim Application be served and an appropriate affidavit of service be filed. Let pleadings also be completed by the next date. List on 7th November, 2025.
