The relief sought in the Interim Application is directing restoration of Commercial Arbitration Petition (L) No. 349 of 2020. 2.

It is the case of the Applicants that by general Notice issued on the website dated 26th August 2025, the Commercial Arbitration Petition is dismissed for non removal of office objections. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Applicants states that the Respondents have been served, however, none appears for the Respondents.

For the reasons set out in the Application, the Commercial Arbitration Petition (L) No. 349 of 2020 is restored to the file of this Court.

The Applicant i.e. original Petitioner in Commercial Arbitration Petition (ST) No.349 of 2020 shall remove office objections within a period of six weeks from today. If office objections are removed within the time granted, the Commercial Arbitration Petition be listed for admission on 17th November 2025. (MADHAV J. JAMDAR, J.) Dusane
