Ms. Gogri, learned Counsel appears for the Applicant and submits that despite service of order directing disclosures neither any disclosures have been made nor any payments have been received nor anyone represents the Respondent today and that this Court may issue bailable warrant against the Respondent.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered her submissions, Registry is directed to issue bailable warrant in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- against the Respondent, returnable on the next date. Nikita Gadgil 1/2

The Applicant to assist the Registry and furnish details of the concerned police station for the execution of the bailable warrant. The Senior Police Inspector of the concerned police station to have the said bailable warrant executed and secure the presence of the Respondent on the next date.
