When the matter is called out, Ms. Gogri, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that despite execution of the bailable warrant, the Respondent has neither remained present nor any disclosures have been made nor any payment has been made and that this Court may issue non-bailable warrant of arrest against the Respondent.

Having heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant and having considered her submissions, the Registry is directed to issue Kanchan Dhuri 1/2

53-IA-2744-2025.doc non-bailable warrant of arrest against the Respondent for disobedience of the orders of this Court, returnable on 15th April 2026. 3.

The Applicant to assist the Registry and furnish details of the concerned Police Station for the execution of the non-bailable warrant. The Senior Police Inspector of the concerned Police Station to have the said non-bailable warrant executed and ensure the presence of Respondent on the next date.

Let the Respondent remain present in the Court on the next date.
