This Interim Application is filed praying for restoration of Writ Petition which came to be dismissed for want of prosecution by an order dated 6 February 2025 by virtue of which on 17 March 2025 the petition came to be dismissed. The application for restoration was filed in 28 May 2025. There is delay of 72 days.

We have perused the averments as made in the application. Considering the nature of the cause as also the averments, we are of the opinion that the application needs to be allowed. It is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), however, subject to payment of cost of Rs.7,500/- to be deposited with the "High Court Employees Medical Welfare Fund at Mumbai", having Account No.000120110001337, Bank of India, Mumbai Main Branch, Mumbai, IFSC Code : BKID0000001, and subject to removal of office objections.

The petitioner undertakes to pay the cost within 10 days from today. The statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. 4.
