When the matter is called out, Ms. Gogri, learned Counsel appears for the Applicant and at the outset submits that the order of this Court has not been complied with. Learned Counsel submits that Digitally signed by NIKITA YOGESH GADGIL Date:

2025.08.05 11:39:21 +0530 NIKITA YOGESH GADGIL Rs. 5 lacs that were directed to be deposited within two weeks have also not been deposited and the amount of Rs. 50,000/- to be deposited on the 5th of every month is not due as the first instalment is falling due only tomorrow.

Ms. Gogri submits that the Applicant has already furnished the remittance details to the Respondent No. 2.

Mr. Singh, learned Counsel appears for the Respondent No. 1 and submits that the Respondent No. 2 has terminated the services of the Respondent No. 1 and some time would be needed to comply with the orders of this Court.

Mr. Talsania, learned Counsel appears for the Respondent No. 2 and submits that the Respondent No.2 would until the service of the Respondent No. 1 comply with the orders of this Court. 5.

Ms. Gogri seeks some time to take appropriate instructions in the matter, submitting that the due date for the first instalment from the Respondent No. 2 is 5th August, 2025.
