Learned Advocate for Respondents seeks time to take further instructions. In the meanwhile, Petitioner has moved draft Minutes of Order to the Petition as there are certain inadvertent typographical mistakes with respect to the value of the premises as also the Sr. Numbers since it is the duplicate entry.

In that view of the matter, the draft amendment to the Petition is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The same stands allowed. Permission to carry out the draft amendment in the body of the Petition stands allowed within a period of one week from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with. Department shall allow the same to carry out as per draft amendment. 6.

Consequential amendment in the Petition is also permitted to be allowed and carry out the same in accordance with law. Reverification stands dispensed with. 7.

Copy of the amended Petition shall be give to the Advocate for Respondents. They shall also verify the same. 8.
