The Application seeks recall of the order of 5th April, 2006 on the ground that the Central Bank of India which was secured creditor has been paid and no dues certificate has been issued by Central Bank of India.

Mr Sheth, learned Counsel appearing for the Official Liquidator submits that it will be required to ascertain if there are any other pending claims against company (In Liquidation) and for the said Shubham 1 of
17-IA-2887-2025.doc purpose an advertisement will have to be issued for inviting claims. He submits that there are no funds available with the Official Liquidator and the Applicant be directed to bear the cost of advertisement. 3.
Learned Counsel for the Applicant does not oppose the request of the Official Liquidator. The Official Liquidator is directed to publish the necessary advertisement for the purpose of inviting claims, the cost to be borne by the Applicant. The cost of advertisement and other expenses to be communicated to the Applicant within a period of two weeks from today.

The expenses and charges to be deposited with the Official Liquidator within a period of 8 days thereafter. List the matter on 12th September, 2025 (Direction).
