Heard on Interim Application No. 2894 of 2025. The application seeks restoration of appeal filed under Section 13 (1-A) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015, which was dismissed on 21st April, 2025 on account of non-compliance of office objections.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons assigned in the application, duly supported by an affidavit, we find that sufficient cause for restoration of commercial appeal is made out.

Accordingly, Commercial Appeal (L) No. 1475 of 2021 is restored to file.

Interim Application stands disposed of accordingly. 5.

List the Commercial Appeal for hearing on 22nd July, 2025.
