This Interim Application is being pursued in very peculiar circumstances.

In these circumstances, it would be appropriate to recall the Order dated March 24, 2025, leaving it to the Petitioner to adopt appropriate proceedings as advised for initiation of arbitration. 4.

The Interim Application is hereby finally disposed of. COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION PETITION NO.636 OF 2025 1.

Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on August 12, 2025. Hamdast permitted. In addition, the Petitioner is permitted to issue private notice by all permissible modes of service, and to file an Affidavit of Service, with tangible evidence of service, on or before the next date.
