By this Application, the Applicant seeks post-grant amendment to the Schedule of Petition and Grant of Letters of Administration in terms of draft amendment annexed as Exhibit 'E' to the Interim Application .

Having heard the learned Advocate and upon perusal of the papers, I find no impediment in allowing the Interim Application.

Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Reverification is dispensed with.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of the present Order on the website of the Bombay High Court.
