Draft amendment is tendered in Court and the same is taken on record. Let the proposed amendment be carried out as per annexure "D-1" to this Application.

Upon hearing the learned Advocate and considering the reasons set out in the Interim Application, including the undertaking furnished therein, I find no impediment to granting the amendment.

Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) as well as the draft amendment as tendered in the Court.

Reverification is dispensed with.

6.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of the present order on the website of Bombay High Court.

All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this Order.
