P.C.:- 1) When the matter is called, Ms. Lata Wadhwani, learned Counsel appears for the Respondents and submits that earlier on 19th November, 2024 a settlement letter to settle the matter at Rs. 4,95,000/- was given. However, since her client was suffering from liver cirrhosis the payments could not be made and that if 12 months is given, the settlement amount would be paid.

2) Ms. Jenny Somaiya, learned Counsel appears for the Applicant and submits that the offer is of November, 2024 and therefore, it would not be possible to accept the said offer without taking instructions from the Finance Company Officials.
