This Interim Application seeks extension of returnable date of the warrant of attachment dated 30th March, 2024 and also police protection from the concerned police station for execution of the said warrant.

Mr. Kangokar, learned Counsel appears for the Judgment Creditor and submits that the earlier attempt to take inventory at the subject premises was not permitted and therefore, this Court may direct not only extension of the returnable date of the warrant of attachment against the Respondent but also direct the concerned police station to assist in the execution of the said warrant of attachment. Having heard the learned Counsel, having considered his submissions and also having perused paragraphs No. 3 to 7 of the Interim Application, this Court is of the view that the Interim Application be allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) to (c), which read thus:- "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay if any to take out this Interim Application in the interest of justice.

(b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased returnable date of Warrant of Attachment dated 30/03/2024 of Moveable Property Under Order XXI Rule 43 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908 against Respondent extended from 30/03/2025 to 30/03/2026.

(c) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to required to be again execute the said Warrant of Attachment U/O XXI Rule 43 (Attachment of Moveable Property) with police protection from concern police station against the Respondent." 4.

The Interim Application accordingly stands allowed and disposed as above.
