When the matter is called out in the afternoon session, learned Counsel tender across the bar Consent Terms dated 1st September 2025 / 6th September 2025 submitting that the matter has been worked out in terms of the Consent Terms and request the Court to take the same on record.

The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for the purposes of identification. The undertakings contained in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to this Court. 4.

The Commercial Execution Application as well as the connected Interim Application accordingly stand disposed in terms of the Consent Terms.

The learned Counsel submit that Commercial Execution Application (Lodging) No. 16973 of 2023 has already been disposed of earlier and is wrongly on board. The same also accordingly stands disposed.
