Ms.Jadhav submits that since she appeared for the SRA she could not have made such a submission and that the error in the said order be corrected. avk 1/2

Let the error in paragraph 3 of the said order be corrected to read as under :

"Ms.Jadhav, learned Counsel, appears for the Defendant no.5 - SRA and submits that the SRA is a formal party." 3.

Let the said order be immediately corrected. Rest of the order remains as it is. Let the corrected order be uploaded as soon as possible.

Ms.Shweta Rathod, learned Counsel appearing for the Plaintiff no.1 submits that although service to the Plaintiff no.2 and the Defendants no.1 to 4 has been attempted, however, the same has been returned and this Court may grant some more time to effect service. 5.

Let service be effected by the next date.
