This Interim Application has been taken out in the above SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT disposed of Writ Petition.

The Applicant has sought for modification of the order 1/3

dated 25th February 2025 passed in Interim Application (L) No. 34459 of 2024 in the above Writ Petition (L) No. 13502 of 2023 to the limited extent of allowing the Applicant to pursue the relief in terms of prayer clause (b) before the appropriate forum, in view of the Applicant not having pressed prayer clause (b) of the said Interim Application before this Court.

By the order dated 25th February 2025, this Court had allowed Interim Application (L) No. 34459 of 2024 filed in the above Writ Petition in terms of prayer clause (a). It was recorded that prayer clause (b) of the Interim Application has not been pressed by the Applicant / original Respondent.

Considering that prayer clause (b) of Interim Application (L) No. 34459 of 2024 has not been pressed by the Applicant / original Respondent and that the Applicant / original Respondent is desirous of taking out appropriate proceedings claiming such relief, it is clarified that the said order dated 25th February 2025 will not come in the way of the Applicant / original Respondent seeking such relief.

Interim Application is accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
