Applicants have filed present Interim Application seeking post grant amendment in the Grant namely Letters of Administration granted to Applicants. Mr. Vaz would submit that description of the address of the subject property in the grant is incorrectly mentioned. He would submit that instead of 'Room No.3270' the correct address is required to be shown as 'Room No.3279'. He would further submit that instead of 'Group No.1/B' the correct nomenclature is 'Group No.1'.

The aforesaid corrections are primarily typographical mistakes. Be that as it may, the same are directed to be corrected and a fresh corrected Grant is directed to be issued to the Applicants. Old Grant shall be submitted to the Department on 11.09.2025 at 12:00 noon.

Concerned Section Officer of the Testamentary Department is directed to accept the old Grant. Section Officer is directed to carry out the aforesaid corrections, get the same certified from the concerned Registrar and re-issue fresh corrected Grant to the Applicants within a period of one week from today positively. 6.

Applicants are permitted to carry out the necessary amendment to the above effect and changes in the original Petition which the Department shall allow. Re-verification stands dispensed with.

Interim Application is allowed and disposed of in the above terms.
