Learned Counsel for the parties have today tendered a mediation report dated 17 th January 2026 which reads thus:
1. By an Order dated November 25, 2025 passed in the captioned suit, the Hon'ble Bombay High Court was pleased to appoint me as a Mediator to facilitate mediation / settlement of the disputes between the parties. An authenticated copy of the Order dated November 25, 2025 is annexed hereto as Annexure - 1.
2. Accordingly, I held multiple mediation meetings between the parties via video conference with a view to amicably resolve the disputes.
3. On January 16, 2026, the Advocate for the Plaintiff addressed an email to the undersigned stating that the disputes between the parties had been Meera Jadhav
2/2 9-IA-3242-25.DOC amicably resolved, terms and conditions of which were recorded in Consent Terms dated January 16, 2026. A copy of the Consent Terms dated January 16, 2026 is annexed hereto as Annexure - 2.
4. In view of the Consent Terms dated January 16, 2026 entered into between the parties, the disputes inter se stand resolved. Accordingly, I hereby submit my Success Report dated January 17, 2026, a copy of which is annexed hereto as Annexure - 3.
Learned Counsel then tendered consent terms by which the disputes and differences between the parties have been amicably resolved. Learned Counsel for the parties identify the signatures of their respective clients and also pointed out that the requisite board resolutions are annexed to the consent terms. Given that these consent terms have been duly executed, the same are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The suit is decreed in terms of the consent terms. Before parting, I must express my appreciation for the efforts taken by the learned Mediator as also the Advocates for the parties in arriving at this amicable resolution.
All interim orders stand vacated.
