The above Interim Application is filed seeking a condonation of delay of 413 days in filing the above Income Tax Appeal. The explanation for the delay has been set out in paragraph 1(iii) to 1(vii) of the Interim Application.

Having gone through the Interim Application and the explanation given for the delay, we are satisfied that this is a fit case to condone the delay. In these circumstances, the delay in filing the above Income Tax Appeal is condoned.

Now that the delay is condoned, the advocates for the Applicant/Appellant shall remove all other office objections, if any, within a period of 2 weeks from today, failing which the above Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 4.
The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.
