The above Interim Application is filed by the Respondent - Revenue to direct the Appellant to carry out an amendment in the cause title of the Appeal as per Schedule - I annexed to the Interim Application.

The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Appellant stated that if the above Interim Application is allowed, the Appellant will carry out the aforesaid amendment.

In light of the aforesaid statement, the above Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:- (a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the appellants to carry out the amendment in the cause title of the Appeal, as per the SCHEDULE-I hereof;

The Appellant shall carry out the aforesaid amendment within a period of two weeks from today. Reverification is dispensed with. 5.
Once the amendment is carried out, the advocate for the Appellant shall serve a copy of the amended Appeal on the advocate for the Respondent within a period of one week from carrying out the aforesaid amendment. 6.
Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
