When the matter is called out, although the Court Receiver's reports are listed for hearing in addition to the other matters, when the matter is called out, Ms. Damle, learned Counsel, appears for the Execution Applicant and submits that due to reasons beyond her control, neither costs have been paid nor objections could be removed and that therefore, this Court may grant some indulgence. 2.
Ms. Damle submits that despite several communications to the erstwhile Advocates, the papers are not yet forthcoming and therefore, seeks four weeks' time to pay the costs and obtain registered number.

Mr. Mishra, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant in Interim Application No. 3320 of 2025 and submits that the said Applicant's Application before the NCLT has been dismissed on 14th August 2025 and tenders across the bar order of the NCLT in this regard.

Be that as it may, subject to payment of costs as directed by order dated 11th September 2025 and removal of office objections and obtention of registered number within a period of four weeks, list on 13th November 2025.
