When the matter is called out, Ms.Supriya Kak, learned APP, appears for the State of Maharashtra and submits that now the entire proceedings have been transferred to the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Mumbai Police and that pursuant to an order of the 47th Metropolitan Magistrate's Court, Esplanade, a notice has been issued to the Respondent to remain present on 9th February 2026, failing which, a proclamation to declare him as an absconder will be issued and published. Ms.Kak submits that after the proclamation is issued, the Police department would have powers to attach and sell the properties of the absconder, which will obviously be subject to the attachment pursuant to orders of this Court.

Mr.Yash Badkur, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant / Judgment Creditor and submits that some more time be granted to ascertain the details of shares of the Respondent, after which this Court can consider the relevant prayers sought for in the Court Receiver's Report No.112 of 2025.
