The above Interim Application is filed to allow the Appellant / Applicant to amend the Appeal as per the schedule of amendments annexed to the above Interim Application. Considering that these amendments are sought at the pre-admission stage and also the amendments seek to rectify some typographical mistakes and add other questions of law and grounds in the Appeal which challenges the impugned order of ITAT, we do not see any impediment in allowing the aforesaid amendments. 17.os.ia.3363.2025.doc the above Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus :- "b. In consequence to (a) above, the draft amendments be allowed and the Applicant be allowed to amend the original appeal by inserting the clauses as set out in the draft amendment."

The amendments shall be carried out within a period of four weeks from today and amendment copy of the Appeal shall be served on Mr. Sharma, the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Revenue immediately thereafter.

We now place the above Appeal for admission on 15th October, 2025. 4.
