After arguing the matter to some extent, the learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the Application with liberty to file an application seeking leave to extend the time to deposit the money under order dated 4 June 2019 passed in Commercial Appeal (L) No. 27 of 2019 along with Commercial Appeal (L) No. 104 of 2019. 2.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
