By our order dated 10 March 2025 we had directed the learned Prothonotary and Senior Master to take steps to transfer the amounts, as per the directions of this Court in its order dated 22 December 2022, along with accrued interest within a period of one week from the date of the said order. Accordingly, the amount was transferred. The grievance of the Petitioner is that although the principal amount has been disbursed the interest amount is yet to be disbursed.

We accordingly direct the Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central)/Respondent No.5 to take appropriate steps to disburse the interest amount as expeditiously as possible and within a period of four weeks from today.

Let this order be informed to the Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) by Mr. Bhate, learned counsel for the Respondent No.5.
