By way of a praecipe, a request was made for speaking to the minutes of the order dated February 6, 2026, to correct errors. The matter was reviewed in Chambers and this order is passed. 2.

In the order dated February 6, 2026, the following errors shall be effectively corrected :

Sp-P3-IA-3459-2025+.doc (a) In para No. 1, Interim Application No. 2248 of 2023 shall be replaced with "Interim Application No. 3459 of 2025". (b) In para No. 7, eighth line, the words "proprietorship firm" shall be replaced with "Partnership Firm".

(c) In para No. 13, fifth line, the date "October 16, 2020" shall be replaced with "March 6, 2020".

(d) In para No. 23, Interim Application No. 2248 of 2023 shall be replaced with "Interim Application No. 3459 of 2025".

The rest of the aforesaid order remains unaltered. The original order shall be corrected and made available to the parties. The praecipe stands disposed of accordingly.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
