Today when the matter is called out, Ms. Gogri, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant through video-conferencing and submits that despite service of the order directing disclosures, no disclosures have been filed and that this Court may issue bailable warrants of arrest against the Respondents No.1 and 2. 2.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered the submissions, Registry is directed to issue bailable warrants of arrest against Respondents No.1 and 2 in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each, returnable on 3rd February 2026.

The Applicant to assist the Registry and furnish details of the concerned Police Station for the execution of the bailable warrants. 4.

The Senior Inspector of the concerned Police Station to have the said bailable warrants executed and secure the presence of the Respondents No.1 and 2 on the next date.

Let the Respondents No.1 and 2 remain present in Court on the next date.
