Learned counsel points out that by an order dated 11 th November 2025, this Court had allowed the Interim Application by appointing the Court Receiver in terms of prayer clause (g).

Learned counsel has today requested that in addition to the Court Receiver an Additional Receiver be appointed, since the goods in question are in the State of Telangana, thus, Mr. J. Ashwin, is appointed as additional special receiver. 4.

It is clarified that the Additional Special Receiver shall now submit a report in terms of prayer clause (h) to the Court Receiver, High Court, Mumbai. 6.

The Court Receiver clarifies that the articles of which inventory were sought were ceased on 8 th and 9 th February 2017 as more particularly set out in the Court Receiver's Site Report dated 13 th February 2017.
