By this Interim Application various reliefs are sought by the Applicants who are the Executors of the Will of the deceased Freny Kapadia.

At this stage the relief in respect of direction to the Banks to furnish the updated Bank Statements of the deceased is being considered.

Ld. Counsel appearing for the Defendants have no objection to the direction being issued to the Bank to furnish the updated Bank Statements.

The following Banks are directed to furnish the updated Bank Statements to the Applicants who shall then produce the same by way of an Additional Affidavit before this Court. (i) ICICI Bank A/c. No.003201002679 Deceased Accountholders - (1) the Deceased i.e. Freny Dinshawji Kapadia, (2) Rustom Pestonji Mehta, and (3) Gool Rustom Mehta.

(ii) Central Bank of India Pension A/c. No.1572685439 the Deceased i.e. Freny Dinshawji Kapadia (iii) Central Bank of India PPF A/c. No. 1591911965 the Deceased i.e. Freny Dinshawji Kapadia (iv) Central Bank of India A/c. No. 1572660026 the Deceased i.e. Freny Dinshawji Kapadia (v) ICICI Bank Securities DMAT A/c.No. 10343486 Deceased Accountholders - (1) the Deceased i.e. Freny Dinshawji Kapadia, (2) Rustom Pestonji Mehta, and (3) Gool Rustom Mehta.
