By this Interim Application, the petitioner is praying for restoration of the Writ Petition, which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections. 2.

We have perused the averments as made in the Interim application. Delay caused in filing this application is sufficiently explained. In our opinion, it is in the interest of justice that the Writ Petition is restored to the file of this Court. 3.

Accordingly, Interim Application is allowed. Writ Petition is restored to the file of this Court, however, subject to removal of office objections on or before 22 August 2025.
