This is a post-grant amendment application seeking leave to amend Schedule of Property annexed to the Misc. Petition as also the original grant which was issued on 16.07.2024 as per the Schedule of Amendment which is appended as Exhibit "B" to the Application. There is correction in the nomenclature of the property i.e. "Plot No. 29-B" which is required to be substituted by "Plot No. 27/B". 4.

Perused the Interim Application. For the reasons stated therein, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

P14. OS IA-3661-25.docx Amendment is permitted to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with. 5.

Original Grant shall be submitted by Applicant to the Department forthwith along with server copy of this order. On receiving the original Grant, necessary amendment shall be carried out and fresh copy of Grant be issued to the Applicant within a period of two weeks thereafter positively and unfailingly. 6.

Office objections, if any, shall be removed within a period of one week from today positively. The two weeks period will commence from the date of removal of all office objections in this Interim Application.

Interim Application is allowed and disposed.
