This application is filed by original plaintiff no.2 for deleting plaintiff no.1 from the array of the parties since plaintiff no.1 has expired on 26 December 2022 and learned counsel states that there are no other legal heirs of plaintiff no.1.

In view of above, the interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Amendment to be carried out in all the copies of all the parties within four weeks from today.
