It is submitted that, inadvertently, the amendment has already been carried out pursuant to the Order dated 18th March, 2025 passed by Additional Prothonotary and Senior Master. The present request is to ratify the same by allowing this application.

Having heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant, and for the reasons stated in the Application, I find no impediment in allowing this Interim Application. 4.

The Interim Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
