This Interim Application has been filed seeking amendment of the Plaint to delete the names of Defendant No.2 and Defendant No.3(a) and to bring on record the legal heirs of Defendant No.2. The legal heirs of Defendant No.3 are already on record in the Suit. 2.

For the reasons stated in the Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer (a), which reads as under:

Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and an amended copy of the Plaint be served on all the parties. Reverification is dispensed with. 4.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be no order as to costs.
