After hearing Mr. Godbole, I was inclined to allow the Interim Application, however, learned counsel for the proposed Defendant Nos. 3a and 3b submits that the Plaintiffs were intimated on two occasions of the passing away of the Defendant No.3 however, there is no whisper of any explanation, even after the second intimation, the Plaintiff did not take appropriate steps to Areeb

Mr. Godbole submits that, at this stage, he is restricting his impleadment only to Defendant No. 3a and 3b.
