Heard learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners. 2.

By this Application, the applicant seeks restoration of the petition, which came to be dismissed for non-removal of office objections, i.e., non-compliance of the order dated 6 February, 2023 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court (Exhibit 'A'). There is substantial delay of 489 days in filing this Application. 3.

We have perused the averments as made in the Application. In the interest of justice, we are inclined to allow the Interim Application, however, subject to deposit of cost of Rs.25,000/- with the High Court Employees Medical Welfare Fund at Mumbai within one week from today. The payment of cost is a condition predecent. 4.

Interim Application is accordingly disposed of . 5.
