When this matter is called out in the afternoon/evening session, Ms. Jyoti Chavan, Addl.GP, appears and submits that the concerned official from the Sub-Registrar's Office is present in Court Kanchan Dhuri 1/2

39-IA-3866-2025.doc and that the registration of the certificate of sale will be completed within a period of two weeks.

Ms. Parab, learned Counsel, appearing for the Applicant submits that the delay in making the application for registration of the certificate of sale which has been explained in paragraph 17 of the application be condoned after which the registration can be completed by the concerned Sub-Registrar.

Ms. Chavan, does not raise any particular objection if the delay is condoned.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered the submissions and having perused paragraph 17 of the application, this Court is of the view that the delay be condoned. 6.

Since Ms. Chavan has submitted that the registration of the certificate of sale will be completed within a period of two weeks, let the Applicant approach the office of the Respondent No.2 on 24th November 2025 at 11.00 a.m.

The Interim Application accordingly stands allowed and disposed as above.
