Since it was pointed out that though permission to travel included to the United States, no details of the Applicant's iteneary / tickets for travel to United States or Canada have been set out only details were given in respect of travel to Norway. Mr. Pandit submitted that if the Applicant was confined his travel only to Norway and was making a statement to that effect through Counsel, Respondent Bank would have no objection to the Interim Meera Jadhav

2/2 903-ia-3879-25.doc Application being allowed. Learned Counsel for the Applicant however submits that his clients also proposes to travel to United States, however, his tickets are not yet confirmed. Once the same are confirmed, the details shall be placed on record.
