By this Interim Application, the Applicant seeks permission of this Court to travel to USA, Norway and Canada on such terms and conditions as this Court may deem fit and proper. By an Order dated 8th May, 2015, this Court had issued various directions in respect of the Applicant and one of the directions S.R.JOSHI
501-ia-3879-2025.doc was that the Applicant shall not leave India without obtaining prior permission of this Court.
The Applicant has made this Interim Application in light of the said order dated 8th May, 2015 passed by this Court. The Applicant is restricting his application to travel to Norway and USA. It is the case of the Applicant that he needs to travel to USA and Norway to meet his ailing niece and to meet his daughter respectively.
The Applicant has filed an Additional Affidavit dated 4th September, 2025 in the Interim Application whereby the Applicant has given details of his travel to Norway and USA. The Applicant has also produced copies of the tickets of his travel. In light of the same, the Respondent-Bank has no objection to such permission being given to the Applicant.
In these circumstances, the Applicant is allowed to travel to USA and Norway from 12th September, 2025 to 31st October, 2025. The Applicant furnishes an undertaking to this Court that the Applicant will strictly follow the travel itinerary as mentioned at page No.5 of the Additional Affidavit dated 4th September, 2025. This undertaking is accepted by the Court.
The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
