Mr.Mudit Ahuja, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that the Applicant seeks substitution in place of the earlier Plaintiff, in view of the Assignment Agreement dated 6th September 2023.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered the submissions and having perused the application, this Court is of the view that the Interim Application be allowed in terms or prayer clauses ARTI VILAS KHATATE (a) and (b) which read thus :

Let the amendment be carried out forthwith.

The Interim Application accordingly stands allowed and disposed as such.
