Interim Application has been preferred for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased-Petitioner and for condonation of delay of 29 days caused in filing the application. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicants submits that there was a delay in obtaining the death certificate and hence, the application could not be moved within time.

Considering the explanation tendered and the duration of delay, the Interim Application is allowed by condoning the delay. The amendment to be carried out within a period of three weeks. Reverification is dispensed with.
