By this Interim Application, the learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks post-grant amendment to allow the Applicant/Petitioner to add the remaining property of the Digitally signed by ASHWINI GAJAKOSH Date:

2025.10.03 14:04:28 +0530 deceased as mentioned in Schedule I of the present ASHWINI GAJAKOSH Application by amending Original Petition and Original Schedule I of the Petition and issue fresh Grant of Probate to the Applicant.

Upon hearing the learned Advocate for the Applicant and considering the reasons set out in paragraphs nos.8 and

8-OSIA-3893-205.DOC 9 and by virtue of Consent Affidavit at page nos.51 and 54, I find no impediment in granting the amendment. 3.

The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Reverification is dispensed with.

Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of this order on the website of High Court of Bombay.
