By this Interim Application, the learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks a post-grant amendment to amend the schedule of Securities of the Petition as per the schedule of amendment annexed and marked as Exhibit -D to the present application and allow consequential amendments if any in the above Petition.

I am satisfied with the explanation offered by the Applicant mentioned in paragraph 10 and therefore inclined to condone the delay in filing the application and allow the Application as prayed.

Upon hearing the learned Advocate for the Applicant and upon perusing the record, I find no impediment in granting the amendment.

Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Reverification is dispensed with.

Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of this order on the website of High Court of Bombay.
