The Interim Application seeks restoration of a dismissed suit for non-removal of office objections. It is evident that the disposal was on the basis of a mass disposal by the Registry without individual notice to the Plaintiffs.

Interim Application is finally disposed of. The objections of the Respondents at this stage do not weigh heavily inasmuch as the dismissal for non-removal of office objections took place without individual notice to the Plaintiffs prior to such disposal. 4.
