The captioned Interim Application seeks condonation of delay in filing of the written statements of the Defendant No.4 - Amazon Seller Services Pvt. Ltd.. 2.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff has very fairly, not opposed, the application for condonation of delay.

Hence, in view of the fair stand taken, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus: "a. Condone the delay of 64 days, beyond the preliminary prescribed period of 30 days from the date of service of summons, in filing the written statement and take the written statement of the Applicant/Org, Defendant No.4 on record."
