This matter was kept back in the morning session as the learned Counsel appearing for the parties had sought some time to confer on the matter and to arrive at a settlement. 2.

When the matter is called out in the afternoon session, the learned Counsel appearing in the matter submit that the parties have arrived at a settlement as under :

(i) That Rs.13,07,000/- be allowed to be withdrawn by the Applicant/Claimant from the money lying with the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Court.

18-IA-3961-2025.doc (ii) Balance amount alongwith interest be returned to the Respondent.

(iii) The Respondent has also agreed to withdraw the Petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 viz. Commercial Arbitration Petition No.376 of 2025 on or before 12th November 2025.

(iv) The Prothonotary & Senior Master to act in terms of the aforesaid understanding and release the funds to the parties as above.

The parties having agreed to the above, the Interim Application stands disposed as above.
