When the matter is called out, Ms. Somaiya, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that order dated 2nd September 2025 directing disclosure against the Respondent has been served. However, neither any disclosures have been made nor any payments have been received. That therefore this Court may issue notice under Order XXI Rule 41 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for oral examination of the Respondent.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered their submissions, this Court is of the view that notice be issued to the Kanchan Dhuri 1/2

59-IA-3965-2025.doc Respondent under Order XXI Rule 41 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, to remain present in Court on the next date alongwith alongwith books and documents with respect to the debts owed to the Judgment Debtor and also the means of satisfying the decree/Award in favour of the Applicant.
