Pursuant to order dated 11th November 2025, today when the matter is called out, this Court is informed that the notice under Order XXI Rule 41 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC") has been delivered on 24th November 2025.

Ms.Simran Raj, learned Counsel, appears for the Applicant and submits that earlier on 2nd September 2025 this Court had directed disclosures against the Respondent and since despite service no disclosures were made, this Court upon a request made on behalf of the ARTI VILAS KHATATE Applicant had directed issuance of notice under Order XXI Rule 41 of by ARTI VILAS KHATATE Date:

40-IA-3965-2025.doc the CPC for oral examination of the Respondent and that despite service of the same, none is present on behalf of the Respondent, and therefore, this Court may debit freeze the Respondent's bank account to the tune of INR 22,05,684.38 in terms of prayer clause (b) to the Interim Application.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered the submissions, in the light of the aforesaid, this Court is of the view that prayer clause (b) as quoted below, be granted : (b) That pending the hearing and final disposal of the present Petition, directing the debit freeze of Respondents' bank accounts to the tune of claim amount INR 22,05,684.38 in the bank account namely, Bank name: Account holder: Mirza Anwar Ali Baig Bank Name : Canara Bank, Bank Account : 30152010088523, IFSC: CNRB0013015, Bank Branch : Hyderabad.

All concerned to act on a copy of this order duly authenticated by the Associate of this Court.
